Loan-o-rama is about residential lending.  I created the site to provide potential borrowers, homebuyers, homeowners and other professionals associated with the mortgage market a place to get an unfiltered and candid look at what is going on in the lending industry.  My focus is on the issues that affect you, such as rates and changes to approval guidelines, as this will provide you the information that you need to assess your options and get the best deal.
